Sharing the HOPE of
Jesus with STROUD

Connect Groups, as practiced by Stroud Assembly of God in partnership with the Oklahoma District Council of the Assemblies of God, are small gatherings of believers who meet regularly in homes throughout Stroud to build authentic Christian community. Rooted in the biblical model of the early church, these groups emphasize fellowship, discipleship, prayer, and the study of God’s Word in a more personal and relational setting than larger church services. Connect Groups serve as an extension of the church’s mission to nurture spiritual growth, encourage accountability, and empower believers to live Spirit-filled lives. Throughout the year, groups rotate regularly, allowing participants to connect with different people and experience a variety of group settings, helping ensure that everyone feels involved, included, and able to engage in any and all groups offered. By meeting in homes, they create accessible and welcoming environments where individuals and families can develop meaningful relationships, support one another, and actively live out their faith within the local community.
