Associate Pastor Jason Mooy, along with his wife Clashar and their sons Jason II, Clayton, and Austin, are such a blessing to both the church and the community. Their ministry extends far beyond the pulpit, as they serve others daily with humble hearts and a deep passion for loving people. Whether through owning the Stroud hardware store, coaching little league football, or engaging in countless other acts of service, the Mooy family consistently demonstrates grace, humility, and genuine love.

 

Pastor Jason came not merely as a leader, but as a servant-hearted shepherd with a profound love for the Lord and a desire to build meaningful, relational connections. He is known for his compassionate preaching, authentic leadership, and unwavering commitment to sound biblical truth. In everything he does—whether studying scripture, leading his family, cheering on sports, hunting or serving others—he lives his life with a sincere and faithful heart devoted to the Lord.

 

Clashar faithfully spends her days walking alongside Jason, serving others while also dedicating herself to homeschooling their children. She structures her daily life around prayer and biblical principles, teaching and serving with grace and intentionality. With a focus on building strong character rather than following worldly standards, she is diligently shaping her children’s hearts and minds to be steady lights in the world.

 

Jason II, Clayton, and Auston are some of the most remarkable and talented young men you could ever meet. From playing musical instruments to having a deep love for the outdoors—whether it’s hunting, fishing, riding dirt bikes, or horseback riding—their interests seem endless. They truly take after their Dad, who faithfully mentors and guides them, shaping them into strong men of courage, character, and faith. He is instilling in them the values to one day love and lead their own families well. They are truly wonderful young men.
